What this site collects
Offer pages may collect your name, email, jurisdiction, and the terms wording shown on the form when you submit. Deadline-reminder pages also collect whether you ticked the reminder box. Ask pages also collect the question you typed. Those submissions go to a first-party collector on this domain. We store the exact wording shown, the time, the page URL, and the source IP.
Our servers also keep ordinary web access logs (the requested page, the time, a browser identifier, and an IP address) to spot faults and abuse. Those logs are deleted on a short cycle. They are not a marketing list.
These pages load Google Analytics 4 so we can see which pages are used. Google receives the page address, a browser identifier, and an approximate location. We turn off Google’s advertising signals. There are no advertising cookies. Google’s privacy notice is at policies.google.com/privacy.
How we use it
To deliver the hour, reminder, survey, coupon, or summary you asked for, and to issue a certificate. We also use your email to send course updates and related offers from LearnFormula. Submitting an offer form is how you agree to those emails. You can unsubscribe in one click. Stopping course-update emails does not cancel the access link or the course you claimed. Deadline reminders are sent only if you tick the box on that page.
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We do not send on behalf of other companies.
Who else sees it
When you ask for a free hour we create or find a LearnFormula account for that email and send a sign-in link. That link opens the course on the LearnFormula market site, not on this host. The access email is part of delivering the request.
Coupon, survey, reminder, research, and grade submissions are stored so LearnFormula can fulfil that request. If you submit a question on Ask, we save the lead here and open AIFormula with that question.
LearnFormula is an Ontario company. We use the information to fulfil the request and to send the emails described above.
Retention of lead and marketing data
The retention period for lead and marketing records is not published yet. We keep a record of what you submitted and what wording you agreed to so we can fulfil the request and show what was agreed.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, ask us to erase it, or tell us to stop using it for marketing. Write to privacy@learnformula.com. We may need to confirm the request is from you. If we get it wrong you can complain to us.
